1. Agreement to Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale and purchase of products ("Products") between TAFS Products LTD ("Seller"), and the customer ("Buyer") in international transactions. By placing an order with the Seller, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Order Placement: The Buyer may place an order for Products through our website or other specified channels. The order constitutes an offer to purchase the Products in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.2 Payment: The Buyer shall make payment for the Products in the agreed currency and according to the specified payment methods. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, shipping expenses, including any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees, shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer shall bear all costs associated with the transportation and delivery of the Products.

3.2 Delivery Times: The Seller will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of the Products. However, the Seller does not guarantee specific delivery times as they may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures or transportation disruptions.

 

4. Warranties and Returns

4.1 Warranty: The Seller makes no express warranties unless otherwise stated. All Products are sold "as is" and "with all faults" unless accompanied by a separate written warranty provided by the manufacturer. The Buyer acknowledges that any warranties provided are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

4.2 Returns: If a Product is defective or non-conforming, the Buyer should notify the Seller within a reasonable period as specified by applicable law. Return shipping expenses for warranty claims shall be the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Seller.

We reserve the right to retain any shipping paid when the order was initially placed unless the shipping itself was at fault.

 

5. VAT, Duties, Tax

VAT will not be billed for International countries. However, There will most likely be VAT and Duty to pay on receipt of your item. We do not cover customs charges so please do take that into consideration when completing purchases. Prices should reduce based on the shipping destination for your order such that you are not billed for UK VAT. It is then the duty of your local delivery service to collect these charges from yourself upon delivery. If these charges are refused your package should be returned to sender, in this event we reserve the right to not reship, cancel and refund the order. Shipping costs may be retained.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or performance of the Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
